Assessment information is handled with particular care because psychological tests may contain sensitive personal information and because certain assessment instruments are protected by professional and test-security requirements.

Assessment reports and client-specific findings may be provided to clients in accordance with applicable requirements.

Requests for raw scores, scaled scores, detailed psychometric profiles, or other technical assessment data will be reviewed individually.

Where clinically appropriate, 360 Psyche may recommend or require that detailed psychometric information be released directly to an appropriately qualified clinician designated by the client to support accurate interpretation and continuity of care.

Upon receipt of a duly completed and signed consent or authorization form, 360 Psyche will proceed with the release of releasable assessment information in accordance with applicable requirements.

If you communicate with us by email, messaging applications, telephone, video platform, or other electronic means, information contained in those communications may be retained where necessary for service delivery, administration, clinical documentation, security, or legal purposes.

Different communication platforms may have their own privacy policies and security characteristics.

We encourage clients to avoid sending highly sensitive information through unsecured channels unless specifically instructed to do so.

16. ONLINE CONSULTATIONS

Where online consultations are offered, third-party video-conferencing or communication platforms may process certain information.

26. TESTIMONIALS AND CLIENT STORIES

We may ask clients to voluntarily provide testimonials, reviews, photographs, videos, or stories about their experiences.

We will not assume that a client has consented to public use of their testimonial merely because they provided feedback privately.

Where identifiable testimonials or client stories are intended for publication, we will seek appropriate permission or consent where required.

Clients may decline to participate without affecting their access to our services.

27. PROFESSIONAL CONFIDENTIALITY

Information shared during psychological or therapeutic services is treated as confidential subject to applicable professional and legal exceptions.
